Healthy Congregations: A Systems Approach

 

Angie Wolle

Angie Wolle is an ordained United Methodist Pastor who is a frequent keynote speaker for retreats and workshops. She has worked with a variety of organizations (including churches, faith/mission based non-profits and corporations) consulting on leadership development, organizational structure and effectiveness. She is completing her Master's in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University and has a Master of Divinity degree.

She is a certified facilitator and trainer of Peter Steinke's Healthy Congregations program, which is designed to empower both lay and clergy leadership within local congregations. She has worked closely with the Church of the Savior, Servant Leadership School in Washington, DC, and has implemented a similar program through the Recovery Café, a refuge for those recovering from homelessness and addiction, located in downtown Seattle.

Angie has also been an IT professional serving in many different roles, ranging from project management, process implementation, programming and systems management. She offers a blend of organizational development, combined with experience and understanding of the unique challenges facing today's churches. She has a heart for empowering the leaders and deepening the ministry of today's churches.
