TAKE OUT SEMINAR:
Decision-Making and Discernment in the Church

For some time now, congregations have thought that Roberts Rules of Order and democratic decision-making processes were the only possible option. Many congregations have forgotten or never known that Christians have their own unique and God-centered way to make decisions. That way is called "Discernment."

Discernment can be practiced for both individual and congregational decision-making and guidance.

In this workshop, Tony Robinson helps congregations or their leaders to understand the theology and theory of discernment, and to acquire practical skills for the use and application of discernment in their own setting.

If you have heard people in your church groan when "congregational meeting" or "Annual Meetings" are mentioned, this workshop may suggest a different way, one that is rooted in the work of the Spirit and which feels different and more congruent with being the church.

This workshop can be a one-day program or spaced over two days in a retreat setting. For more information, contact Tony Robinson at his website, www.anthonybrobinson.com.
