TAKE OUT SEMINAR:
From Board Culture to Ministry Culture

There was a time when congregations and clergy thought it a good goal to get as many people as possible serving on church boards and committees. In a new post-Christendom and post-modern time, this is not working!

It is not working because people are less interested in managing ministry than they are in doing ministry! It is not working because vital congregations don't tie everyone up managing the church, they send people from the church to do ministry.

"From Board Culture to Ministry Culture" will help your congregation think through the theory and practice of this important and exciting shift. Tailoring his presentations and proposals to your particular congregation, Tony Robinson will help you make the shift and develop a "culture of shared ministry."

The shift from Board Culture to Ministry Culture does not mean less work, but it does mean different work. It means work that helps people in your congregation to discover and claim their gifts for service to Christ and to the world.

This workshop can be presented over several days in a congregational retreat, or in one day, or introduced in a half-day session and format. Contact Tony Robinson through his website at www.anthonybrobinson.com for more information and arrangements.
