Kristina Moris
Kristina Moris, President
of The
Washington Firm, Ltd., is a human resource
specialist and a highly skilled consultant. She is
responsible for the Management Training, Human Resources
Executive Search, Investigations and Organizational
Effectiveness practices for the firm.
She has conducted multiple
successful searches for senior human resource positions
for a wide variety of clients. She has also conducted
numerous leadership training seminars and provided
organizational consulting for clients such as Perkins
Coie, Preston Gates & Ellis, Garvey, Schubert & Barer,
Swedish Medical Center, Stevens Memorial Hospital,
SAFECO, AT&T Wireless Services, Microsoft, Chrysler
Corporation, Expedia.com, drugstore.com. Chateau Ste.
Michelle, Starbucks, Adobe, VISIO, IDX, Nintendo, and
RealNetworks. Clients have also included multiple
organizations in the public sector including various
city and county agencies and fire and police
departments.
Kristina earned her MBA in
Human Resources from Cornell University in 1983 and has
a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of
Washington.
